• Creating and maintaining business transaction records on computer ( QuickBooks or Peachtree). These include customer receipts, deposits, checks issued and direct payments from banks.
• Performing monthly bank reconciliations.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly income and expense reports, showing the results of operations. We offer several packages with variations on this service according to your business needs.

Payroll Processing—Employment Tax

Payroll services can be tailored to your needs. We can maximize your earnings and make sure that your tax liability is computed correctly for all employees.

• We can process your payroll completely, and produce your business paychecks, on a weekly, biweekly, monthly or whatever schedule your business requires. Or, we can simply maintain your payroll records.
• We monitor your tax liability and make the necessary payments to the government on your behalf in a timely manner as required for your business.
• We prepare all your quarterly payroll returns, 941 and UCT-6.
